Refund and Returns Policy

Our refund and returns policy lasts 7 days. If 7 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer you a full refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your clothing item must be unused, unwashed, unworn, and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging with tags intact.

Non-Returnable Items

Certain products are not eligible for return, including:

  • Gift cards
  • Downloadable products or digital vouchers
  • Undergarments, innerwear, or personal-use apparel (for hygiene reasons)
  • Customized or personalized clothing items

Proof of Purchase

To complete your return, we require a valid receipt or proof of purchase.

⚠️ Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

Partial Refunds

Only partial refunds may be granted if:

  • The clothing shows clear signs of use or damage not caused by us
  • Any item is not in its original condition, missing tags, or packaging
  • Any item returned more than 7 days after delivery

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, you will receive an email notification confirming receipt of your returned item. We will also notify you whether your refund has been approved or rejected.

If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a few business days.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund yet:

  1. Check your bank account again.
  2. Contact your credit card company—it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
  3. Contact your bank, as processing times may vary.

Sale Items

Only regular-priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges

We only replace clothing if it is defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, email us at {gsinternational06@gmail.com} and send your item to: {your physical return address}.

Gifts

  • If the item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once we receive the item, a gift voucher will be emailed to you.
  • If the item wasn’t marked as a gift, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves first, the refund will be sent to the gift giver.

Shipping Returns

To return your product, mail it to: {your physical return address}.

  • Customers are responsible for paying return shipping costs.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted.
  • Depending on your location, the time it may take for your exchanged item to reach you may vary.
  • For high-value items, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item without it.
