At Zentik, every order is carefully packed at our facility in Faridabad, Haryana, and shipped with love to customers across India.
Order Processing Time All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed the next working day. During sale periods or festive seasons, processing may take an additional 1–2 days.
Shipping Charges
- Free shipping on all orders above ₹499
- Flat ₹49 shipping on orders below ₹499
- Express delivery available at ₹99 (2–3 business days)
Estimated Delivery Time Standard delivery: 5–7 business days from dispatch Express delivery: 2–3 business days from dispatch Delivery timelines may vary for remote or unserviceable pincodes.
Order Tracking Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking link via SMS and email. Tracking updates may take up to 24 hours to reflect after dispatch.
Delivery Partners We ship through trusted courier partners including Delhivery, Shiprocket, and Xpressbees. For remote pincodes, delivery may be routed through India Post.
Failed Delivery Our courier partners will attempt delivery up to 3 times. If all attempts fail, the package will be returned to us. We will contact you to either re-ship (additional charges apply) or issue a store credit.
